Background:
I began fishing walleye on Canadian waters at a young age with my
father and
brother. After age 13 those Canadian fishing trips became fewer and
farther
between and I really did not seriously pick up a fishing pole again
until I
bought my first lake property on Island Lake just north of Duluth MN
at age 31.
While spending time on Island Lake, I became reintroduced to small
mouth bass
and the excitement these feisty fish bring to the sport and I was
hooked!
Since then I have searched out a local bass club and enjoy time
fishing
competitively on the UAC circuit and in the International Falls Bass
Championship and Canadian Bass Championships.
