Background:
Matt grew up fishing the Chaska area lakes. He began fishing
competitively in 1997 in the Prior Lake Thursday night tournament
circuit. He has continued to grow as an angler with the help of his
wife Kim and his daughter Julia. He lives in Lonsdale, Minnesota and
guides on the Faribault area lakes. He works closely with his
sponsors and supporters at the major sport shows, marinas and local
tackle stores.
