Background:
Several years ago I started to fish bass exclusively.
Most of my fishing time was spent around my hometown of Dassel, MN.
Not many people fish for bass in that area, so with no competition, fishing was pretty good. That's what hooked me! Competitive bass fishing is something I've always wanted to do. My other career and time constraints wouldn't allow me to do so, until now. Now, I even go so far as to make my own lures. Just goes to show you how addicting this sport of bass fishing is!

Tournament highlights:
I have fished mostly local tournaments, but have done well.
My most recent achievement was a 3rd Place finish in the 2007 Camp Confidence Team Tournament on Gull Lake and the Whitefish Chain.

2nd Place, 2004 Team of the Year, Denny's Super 30
1st Place, 2003 Gander Mountain Pro/Am with Dean Capra on the Whitefish Chain
5th Place, 2003 ABA Championship
1st Place, 2003 ABA, North & South Center
2nd Place finish in the 2003 ABA on the Clearwater Chain.
The highlight of 2002 was a second place finish in the 2002 MN B.A.S.S. Federation Tournament of Champions Alternates Tournament.
