Big Bass BonanzaHOME 2004 TOURNAMENTS RULES ENTRY FORM BIG BASS BONANZA 2004 OFFICIAL RULES:
Entry fee in single day tournament is $80.00 per boat All entries received by May
14, 2004 will be included in random boat draw. *Boat field will be limited to 50 boats on all tournaments. *All entries and registration fees must be received no later than the Wednesday before each tournament! *NO SATURDAY PRE-FISHING! All tournament lakes are off limits the Saturday before each tournament. *Tournament hours will be from 6:00am to 2:00pm. All boats must be at landing by 5:15 am for inspection and to allow for enough time for take-off. *This is a team tournament and you must have 2 people to fish. *Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass are counted. *8 bass limit per boat--ABSOLUTELY no more than 8 fish in live-well at any given time. *All bass must be 12 inches or longer. *Any fish registered under the 12-inch limit results in 1 pound penalty and loss of that fish. *Dead fish will result in .25 hundredths of a pound penalty for that fish. *Only artificial bait and pork may be used. No live bait. *Marker Buoys may be used. No trolling. NO ANCHORING! *All tournament boats must have a live-well or aerated storing compartment. *No boat may touch another boat during tournament hours and keep a two cast distance from any competitor. *Fishing nets are allowed to land fish. *The use of underwater camera’s during tournament hours is not allowed. *Life jackets must be worn while combustion engine is running. *There will be 100% pay out of entry fees at 43% - 25% - 15% - 10% - 7% (based on $60 per boat) *Big Bass pay out will pay: 70%-30%. *Entry fees are refundable as long as Steve Lamser is notified 48 hours before start of tournament. *Besides cash pay out, random prizes may be awarded to participants at the conclusion of tournament.
*Weigh-in
will start at 2 p.m. sharp for 1st flight and 2:15 p.m. for 2nd flight. *Any team late for weigh-in will be disqualified for that tournament--NO EXCEPTIONS! *All fish caught will be released after weigh-in. *All ties are decided in the following order: A. Number of bass B. Biggest bass C. Coin toss *All competitors must follow the rules of the MN Dept. of Natural Resources and possess a valid 2003 angling license. *No alcoholic beverages are allowed during tournament hours. *Tournaments will
