It's been a great day of bass fishing on Minnewaska for the Champions Tour Anglers. There's no doubt that the lake has a mega population of 1.5 to 2.5 pound largemouth

Andy Walls and Corey Brant are unofficially battling it out for the 6th and final Championship spot. They are separated by just ounces! Things are going to be intense with just 1 hour left of fishing

Jeff Bosshardt is making major moves! He's positioned himself in 4th place unofficially with just over an hour to fish

Look out! Jim Moynagh is making a move. Here he is with a very solid fish. Jim is unofficially in 8th and climbing fast!

Skallet gets penalized and takes a little break on the front deck of his Skeeter Boat

Shane Raveling boats a classic Minnewaska largemouth. Plenty of these 2 pound green fish have been fooled by our anglers today

Brad Leifermann has been near the top of the leader-board all day. To start the 2nd half he's throwing a homemade 3/4oz chatterbait over the Minnewaska grass

And they're off! The 2nd half is underway. Champions Tour Anglers will be fishing the other half of the lake this afternoon. Bass are already hitting the scales. Stay locked into ScoreTracker Live all afternoon for updates

Champions Tour angler Daniel Larson has just a few minutes left in the 1st half. He's looking to get some momentum rolling for the 2nd half!

Michael Walters of TEAM503 running lots of water this morning on Lake Minnewaska. Just 45 minutes left in the 1st half

Seth Feider just caught his 30th fish of the morning. That's 30 bass in less than 3 hours for the Elite Series Pro! Seth is over 50 pounds and has a nice lead over the rest of the field at the moment

Michaela Anderson is finding a few largemouth in the reeds this morning. We're just over an hour left in the 1st half!

Jay Carlson weighing another Waska bass. Jay was on fire early but he's been caught by Feider in the last 20 minutes

Jay Carlson and Seth Feider are our 1st and 2nd place anglers right now. Here they are both hooked up! They have hooked up at the same time 3 times now! It's safe to say they're on a big school of fish

Corey Brant with a great Waska largemouth! Corey is currently sitting in the 6th and final qualifying spot

BASS Elite Series Pro Seth Feider is hitting his stride and has climbed to 3rd place with over 20 pounds of bass. Seth was just assessed a 2 minute penalty though and has to take a seat!

A few Champions Tour anglers are fishing tight this morning! Multiple good fish are being caught in this area

David Hartig's Skeeter Boat is shining bright on a beautiful Lake Minnewaska morning. Hartig has scored 5 bass so far
